PAC 500 range

The PAC 500 range is a series of versatile labeling machines dedicated to labeling rectangular, ovoid and cylindrical packaging, at high speeds.

This range of labeling machines consists of the following models:

The PAC 531 for double-sided labeling of flat and cylindrical surfaces (only 1 label) for rapid cadences. This automatic labeler is equipped as standard with a three-point system allowing the rotation of vials and bottles. With a detection cell it is possible to position the label according to a mark.

In addition to what the PAC 531 does, the PAC 533 allows the labeling of ovoid packaging such as sprayer type packaging, lubricant cans, (…) thanks to the different modules that equip it:

• Double aligner to keep, to put the packaging straight
• Support mat to hold the packaging during labeling

Like other PACK’CO labeling machines, the heads are adjustable in height and depth, and are equipped with brushless motors for greater precision.

The touchscreen interface allows production formulas to be memorized for greater ergonomics.
