COMPACK monoblocs

Monoblocs are filler-capper machines all in the same cabin, saving space and costs.

The COMPACK versions are versions with two maximum filling nozzles in a cabin adapted to have the shortest ground wheelbase.

The filling station is flowmetric with the DEBIPACK system allowing the control of jetty errors (or drop tails) and preventing dosage drifts. The capping station provides precise and repeatable tightening torque with the brushless screwdriving option.

The TANKLESS supply system, without buffer tank, developed by PACK’CO, facilitates many operations and ensures precision and ease of cleaning. In addition, format tool changes are done quickly, as is washing of the filling part, which allows a quick transition to new production.
