Beltorque® range

PACK’CO distributes the range of beltorque® screw-gun which combine versatility and screwdriving precision.

Beltorque technology allows the synchronization of the linear movement of the bottle and the rotation speed of the cap even when the latter stops rotating. The tightening station uses patented technology to apply a precise and constant torque to the cap.

The beltorque range is available as follows:

• BT-STE: Simple and ergonomic screw-gun for a rate of 60 strokes/min max with manual installation of the cap.
• BT-ST: high speed screw-gun, with multiple options available for a speed of 300 strokes/min max with manual installation of the cap
• BT-IC: screw-gun with automatic cap installation for a maximum rate of 250 strokes/min. There is the BT-ICL version for simpler solutions.
