PAC 60

The PAC 60 screw-gun is an automatic screw-gun for low and medium speed packaging lines (up to 25 min depending on the bottle format and cap diameter).

The cap is placed manually by the operator at the exit of the filler. The screwing cycle is automatic for screw caps, child safety, smooth, ribbed, …

The PAC 60 has its own frame and conveyor. It can also accommodate a breakdown station and other options (cap presence detection, …).

The solution also exists in a brushless version (precise and repeatable tightening torque) and in a plastic version (for corrosive atmosphere).
