DEBIPACK A

The DEBIPACK A is a filling and dosing machine for liquid, pasty and viscous products. It is dedicated to large series, which require a machine that is easy to use and can quickly move on to another production.

The measurement technology used is that of flowmeters (electromagnetic or mass). This allows a wide range of volumes, masses, possible (from 50 ml to 5 liters) depending on the options and dimensions of the machine.

Its basic design accommodates plunging canes which allow the packaging of products sensitive to oxidation or extremely foaming. The canes are raised by 2 brushless motors for increased speed and precision.

The cabin is designed to avoid retention zones and allow rapid and efficient Clean-in-Place (CIP).

The DEBIPACK A filling machine is easy to use and precise with the combination of the touch screen (stored production recipes) and the DEBIPACK dosing system (calculation of tailings, control of drifts, …).

The DEBIPACK A can have up to 12 filling heads.
